Outdoor Cooking Recipes For Kids : Bacon Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 Tsp Onion Salt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Pack Hamburger Buns
  • Sartori Basil and Olive Oil Asiago Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Grill to 450*
  • Cut raw bacon in small pieces and cook in frying pan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  • In Large bowl, combine hamburger, bacon, garlic, and onion salt.
  • Mix well and make sure that the onion salt, bacon and garlic are spread thru out the whole mixture.
  • Form meat mixture into a large ball.
  • Break off a large piece of meat and form into a large patty.
  • Repeat until you use up all the meat.
  • Place Patties on Preheated Grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side.
  • Slice Cheese and place on burgers.
  • Toast buns if desired and serve.
