Champagne Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup champagne I used Korbel Rose Champagne
  • Vanilla Icing store bought or you can make your own!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  • In a bowl, mix together your flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add in your egg whites, oil, vanilla extract, and champagne, mix WELL and make sure your batter is smooth and lump free
  • Fill cupcake liners 1/2 way full and put into the over to bake
  • Bake for 20-25 mins.
  • Let cupcakes cool completely and ice with vanilla icing (For an extra kick of Champagne you can add in 1/2 a cup of champagne to your icing and mix together before icing.
  • Top with some festive sprinkles and serve!
