Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Grate carrots and place in a medium bowl
Mash Banana into carrots
Add Applesauce and water to the banana and carrot mixture, set aside.
In large bowl stir flour and oats together, mix completely to combine.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
Stir until completely mixed.
Begin to knead mixture with your hands and remove to floured surface.
Keep kneading the dough until it has formed.
Roll out dough to 1/2 thick.
Take cookie cutter and cut out dough.
Roll up excess dough and re-roll out.
Repeat this until all the dough is used.
Place on Non-Stick Baking Sheet and Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove and let cool on wire rack.

Keep in Refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or Freeze for up to 6 months.
Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
