Fall is in the air and today was the perfect day for some yummy fall treats. I found an easy and diet friendly recipe. They tasted delicious and everyone loved them.
I love the Fall. It is the best time of year in my opinion. I love seeing the leaves change, dressing up with the kids for Halloween, Pumpkin patches and mazes, bonfires and cooler weather. Last week someone baked me these wonderful Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins. They were soooo yummy! I was only to eat one of the muffins myself before they were gone. Luckily they are very easy to make. They are made from the Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix. You can find these mixes for around $2.
