The weather is still pretty frigid down here in Tennessee and so that means I like cooking warm meals that will keep us from shivering ha! We have been under ice and snow all week and no one has been able to leave for work and school so I have been cooking a lot more than normal. I wanted to make something that was big enough for all of us, didn’t require a lot of clean up, and that everyone would love. In my house that means something spicy, cheesy, and fast. The solution? I decided I wanted to try a new Monkey Bread recipe that I was going to make up all by myself. You read right this is self created based on what I like to eat. I had an idea to create a monkey bread recipe using dinner rolls. I do not have time to make bread and I barely have time to make this simple recipe but I decided the time was worth it when I tasted what I had create. I created an amazing raspberry bread.

Here are the supplies we are missing the 1 stick of butter that I forgot I needed for the Monkey Bread recipe picture.
I would suggest using 2 or 2 1/2 cans of the rolls. I chose extra value rolls because of the price and the taste.
You will need raspberry Jam
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 stick of butter
2 or 3 packages of Rolls
1 bunt pan
The first thing you need to do is take each roll out and split it in half. Then you will put a little cream cheese and a little jam on top and fold it over.Continue reading
