Disclosure: I received a mattress to facilitate this Sweet Zzz Mattress Review but all opinions expressed here are mine and I’d like to share with you my tips for transitioning your toddler to big kid bed.
The time has finally come where my little boy is becoming potty trained and is outgrowing his crib/toddler bed set. His bed transitions next to a full-size bed. A friend of his recently got a big kid bed too, and he had been asking for one. As an incentive for potty training, we agreed to the big kid bed if he could potty like a big boy as well and would you believe it, it worked! I have some other tips and tricks for potty training but, once we saw this transformation to becoming a big boy, the search was on for a full-size kid mattress. I always keep my promises too!
I wanted a mattress that was first off made in the USA. That is very important to me. I also wanted a bed that is a great kid mattress but could also last him till he went off to college. It had to handle all his tossing and turning. He sleeps all over, stomach, back, sides even curled up in a ball. I also wanted that I could just open up and unroll from a small box. Our stairs as so narrow that I knew it would be difficult to carry around the corner. I came across SweetZzzMattress.com and fell in love with everything about them. One thing that stuck out right away was their guarantee. They allow you to test it for 100 nights. They have all kinds of styles and all kinds of sizes as well. Something that surprised me as well is that with every single mattress that they sell they donate 20 meals to the LA food bank. Last year, the LA food bank donated over 53 millions meals. SweetZZZMattress.com also offers free shipping! On a Mattress!! I loved that! As you will see in our unboxing video, it comes in a small box as well making it easy even for one person to do the job of setting it up.Continue reading

As a mom of 3, I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I have a million things in my head, fellow moms have to understand me there. In bed awake wondering if you remembered to pack everyone lunch, was the laundry done, and did you pay that bill that was due today? It can be frustrating to try to turn your mind off and go to sleep.
And I know I’m not the only one that has some trouble in the sleep department.
So what can you do to improve the amount of sleep you get?
