If you are looking for something sweet that won’t bust your calorie budget, this low calorie peanut butter pie is the perfect dessert for you! Only 216 calories a serving, and oh-so-sweet, it’s perfect for the whole family! This pie is also a no-bake pie that you can make in about 10 minutes!

Here is how to make this Low Calorie Peanut Butter Pie:


Low Calorie Peanut Butter Pie

Yield: 10 pieces

Serving Size: 1 piece

Calories per serving: 216

Low Calorie Peanut Butter Pie


  • 1 jar of low fat peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • fat free whipped topping
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese
  • Gram cracker crust
  • Sugar free chocolate syrup


  1. First, beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth
  2. Then, add your peanut butter and beat until smooth (I put mine in a blender, but you could also use a hand mixer)
  3. Fold in your whipped cream until smooth and well blended
  4. Fill your pie crust with the mix and put in the fridge, uncovered for about 2 hours
  5. Drizzle some sugar free chocolate syrup over the pie and serve!
