My kids get very little candy in their Easter Baskets and instead receive gifts but Jelly Beans are always a given treat. They are also the candy that is always left over after their favorites are eaten. I don’t stop buying them each year because it doesn’t seem right to have an Easter Basket without Jelly Beans. If Jelly Beans get neglected in your house you can save them from the trash because everyone will eat them when you make…….
Jelly Bean Fudge Ingredients
2 cups of Jelly Beans (I prefer the smaller ones like the Starburst Jelly Beans)
1 can of vanilla frosting
1 (12 oz) bag of white chocolate chips (2 cups)
In Medium Bowl, melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
While chocolate is melting, take wax paper and place in 8 inch square pan. Make sure to have it going over the sides so you can easily remove the fudge.
When chocolate is melted, stir in vanilla frosting – mixing completely.
Stir in Jelly Beans.
Pour in prepared pan and place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
When you are ready to eat, remove from pan by lifting up wax paper. Slice and enjoy.
