The holidays are my favorite time of year. Who doesn’t love Christmas carols, lit up trees, and be honest, the presents! But we must remember that the holidays means so much more than just finding the perfect gift. It’s about peace and goodwill toward men. This is something I really wanted my children to learn and understand. So I thought it would be that every day of the month of December we would do something kind of someone else or each other. So we sat down and came up with our December Kindness Calendar Printable to hang on our fridge. Now we are ready to spread some kindness this holiday season! Continue reading

February has been a tough month around my house! We have had 1 little one with a case of Scarlet Fever, another one with a bad cold, and to top it all off, we were stuck in the house for over a week due to a freak ice/snow storm. So to say that we needed a little Disney Magic in our house is an understatement. 3 big events happen in our home during February and those are Valentine’s Day, my moms birthday and my husbands moms birthday so we decided to combine all of them into one fun and fantastic #DisneySide party!Continue reading
When it comes to dieting a common misconception is that you can kiss snacking goodbye. This is simply not true! You can still snack while dieting, you just have to snack smarter! I know I can be guilty of mindlessly snacking on a bag of chips and I know how fast that can kill your calorie count for the day.
One thing I love about the Weight Watchers diet is their point system. It’s easy to understand and stick to, and it really helps you be aware of what you are eating. Instead of grabbing something because it tastes good, you really have the chance to decide if that snack is worth spending the points on.
So in hopes of keeping myself on track, and hopefully helping any of our awesome readers who also happen to be on the Weight Watchers program on track as well, we are sharing with you Great Weight Watchers Snacks Under 3 Points Plus with a FREE Printable! I have this printed out and on my fridge for easy access when I get the urge to snack.
