My house is always busy and I like meals that are fast to cook. The one thing I like more than fast is easy clean-up and this recipe for only requires 1 pot from stove-top to table. Plus it is a winner with everyone in the family so who can resist making it more often than the rest.
I know stir-fry can be healthy but I have always avoided cooking them. I even owned a wok for several years but the thought of cooking with soy sauce grossed me out.
