We have been trying to lower our use of sugar so we have been using Stevia in place of sugar.   • Combine 1 cup of plain yogurt and I cup of strawberries and a drizzle of honey
  • Then blend.
  • That's it! Enjoy your strawberry shake.

I was so excited to find kid friendly dessert recipes. I have a huge sweet tooth and I know my daughter and littlest does as well. I also tried to gather my wits by having my children cook with me. I know how wonderful it is to be in the kitchen and make memories. I can say that the memories I have of my childhood usually involve food. We have a rule that one thing on their plate has to be something they have not eaten before.  There are so many times kids find out they actually like something once they try it.  This is a great way to encourage them to try new things!

Ingredients
  

  • Yogurt
  • Mango
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Honey
  • Sprinkles
  • Animal crackers

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bananas vertically as well as the mangos and kiwis
  • Then line the fruit around the glass
  • Spoon in yogurt
  • Drizzle honey
  • Then place strawberries at the top
  • Then top it off with an Animal cracker
