Recipes with Bleu Cheese Dressing

Grilled steak recipe with bleu cheese dressing

I love the taste of Blue Cheese Dressing. That is why I made a couple of simple recipes with bleu cheese dressing that will liven up any party. In our home, we have a vegetarian, and someone who is gluten-free, so I wanted to make sure that they feel welcome at our party. I used the Naturally Fresh® Bleu Cheese Dressing that I found in the refrigerated section of my Harris Teeter’s. This bleu cheese dressing tastes so amazing. It contains buttermilk and aged bleu cheese chunks. This is the bleu cheese dressing you would make if you could. It is creamy and not too strong. It is perfectly blended to elevate the recipe I made.

Easy Cheesy Dinner Recipes with Kraft Cheese

What is for dinner? In our house it doesn’t matter as long as it has Kraft® Cheese. I love it and I love to buy it when it is on sale. It freezes, so stock up to save. I would love to share some of our favorite easy cheesy dinner recipes using Kraft® Cheese.

This is the kid’s favorite:

Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

  • 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 bar of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of Kraft sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of Kraft parmesan
  • 2 cups of water

Mix them together and put it in crockpot on low for two or three hours.

This my favorite recipe:

Cheesy Apple Salad

  • 1 head of Endive Lettuce
  • 2 cup of Kraft Sharp Cheese
  • 3 Pears
  • 3 Fuji Apples
  • Kraft poppy seed dressing
  • 1/4 cup of Pecans

Cut the fruit and place it on the lettuce add in the pecans and the dressing to taste. Then enjoy this wonderful salad with 2 cups of Kraft sharp cheese which can be upped to taste. I happen to like a lot of cheese!

This is my husband’s favorite recipe using Kraft Cheese

Chicken Wraps

  • I lb of chicken
  • 2 TBS of Olive oil
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1 package of tortillas
  • 1 package of Kraft Cheese

You will need to cook the chicken in olive oil . Once the chicken is cooked set it aside. I mix the can of corn with the can of beans and the package of taco seasoning. Then I heat up my tortillas in the microwave. In the baking dish layer the salsa. Then you will need to place the chicken in the tortilla and spoon in the corn and black bean mixture. Then you should roll the tortillas and place them in the salsa. Place cheese on top and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Recently, I got to sample some amazing cheese from Sartori Cheese and I just new I had to make something yummy out of it! I know you are used to seeing low calorie recipes from me, so let me warn you, this is not low calorie. Every dietitian I’ve talked to said if you don’t have a “cheat day” every now and then, you are bound to fail. So I spent my “cheat day” making and eating this super cheesy dip in a bread bowl.  Continue reading
