This week my daughter started her first season of soccer. This is a really big change for us because we have spent the last 3 years in the dance studio. My daughter decided it was time for a change and I told her I would always support her in her activities so that is what has led us to the soccer field! I am going to be honest here… I am pregnant. I am trying to make healthy choices, but it is getting harder and harder to resist when a when indulging my not-so-healthy cravings. It is not always easy. Sometimes you just need something decadent. I decided to try satisfy my sweets craving with a dessert pizza. This Banana Nutella Pizza Recipe is just what I need and it’s so delicious and easy to prepare.
My daughter begged for a huge bunch on bananas last week, with promises that she would eat every single one of them. Well, 6 days later, guess what? We had 4 very ripe bananas left, that were not going to get eaten. I hate wasting money so I had to think of something to do with them! It occurred to me that I have never tried to make banana nut bread! Now I have to admit something, I am NOT a baker. I don’t have a fancy mixer (although I do stare at them longingly in the store..) and I love my cakes from a box.
