Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe
Holiday season is here! I can’t believe how fast time flies but in spite of all the rush this is still my favorite time of the year. I’m so excited to celebrate, make memories with my family and taste all those great dishes. I’m sure like me some of you are worried about adding extra pounds during this season with all the good food, that’s why I want to share with you one of my favorite healthy recipe that you can add to your holiday menu plan. My Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe is a holiday inspired pasta dish that’s so delicious, healthy and a wonderful party dish that you can prepare in minutes.
Here is my Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe:
- Fusilli Pasta
- Bag of shrimps
- Three tablespoons of olive oil
- A clove of fresh garlic chopped
- A bottle of Ken’s Onion Dressing
- 1/2 of a large red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 Tablespoons of dill
- Feta cheese
- Spinach lettuce
Soak a bag of shrimp in cool water. Then peel the shrimp.
Place three tablespoons of olive oil and a clove of chopped garlic in a pan. Then cook the shrimp on medium heat until they are pink.
Next I cook my pasta according to the package.
Then I ran them under cool water, strained the pasta and placed it in a dish.
Next cut up 1/2 of the large red onion and the red pepper.
Place both into the pasta salad.
Next add 3 Tablespoons of dill.
Put the cooked shrimps in the pasta.
Next, pour in a bottle of Ken’s Onion Dressing into the salad.
Finally add the Feta cheese and serve over spinach lettuce if you wish.
