Garlic Ginger Shrimp Over Spinach
Preparing healthy meal for your family isn’t hard with this 10 minute dinner idea. My family loves shrimp so I always make this Garlic Ginger Shrimp Over Spinach for them and they love it. This Recipe for Garlic Shrimp is a simple recipe that takes just minutes to prepare and has only five ingredients.
Recipe for Garlic Shrimp: Garlic Ginger Shrimp Over Spinach
1 lb of Shrimp frozen or fresh
Bag of fresh spinach
Frozen peppers or fresh
Head of garlic
Take out two pans and coat both with olive oil
In one of the pans put the head of garlic. You will need a TBS or two cloves. Then you put in the shrimp after you have deveined them and peeled them. I cut the garlic so I can remove it after a I cook the shrimp on medium heat. It usually takes about five to seven minutes they will turn pink when they are done.
While the shrimp is cooking place the olive oil in the spinach pan. Then put in the peppers. I usually cook them about a minute prior to adding the spinach on medium heat. Be reminded that the spinach will shrink so make sure you have enough. I usually use the whole bag.
Then once the spinach is cooked your will take it out of the pan and place the shrimp on top. Do not forget to take out the ginger.
This dish is easy to spice up if you add pepper flakes or a hot sauce.
