Smithfield® Marinated Pork Review
Do you have ten minutes to make a fantastic meal? You know one meal that your kids will not only like but ask for again and again. I made this and my kids said, “I would rather have more pork tomorrow instead of pizza.” I think I fainted, pizza is the chosen food but not anymore. The best part of this meal was that it’s so easy to make and easy to clean up after. In fact, it will take you longer to read this post than to recreate the recipe.

Here’s my very simple Smithfield® Marinated Pork with Apple Recipe:
One Smithfield® Marinated Pork, we selected the Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin
Red potatoes one or two per person
Pinch of sea salt
One large Granny Smith apple
1/2 an onion
Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them
Put them in the dish make sure there is room for the pork
a pinch of sale
1/2 sliced onion
Cook at 425 for 15 minutes
Then while the potatoes are cooking slice the apple.
Slice the Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin where the apples will fit.
Take the potatoes out of the oven and put the pork with the apples in the pan.
The cover with foil.
You will cook the pork and potatoes covered in foil at 450 degrees for 25- 30 minutes per pound.
When the temperature of the pork reaches 150 degrees, remove it from the oven.
