Meal Planning Guide from eMeals

Meal Planning Guide to Fit all family lifestyles and sizes. Shop quicker, Save money, and Enjoy Great Recipes!

“Mom, what’s for dinner?”

I love cooking for my family, but sometimes I simply have no idea what to make. I’m terrible at meal planning – and that’s where a great site like eMeals comes in. Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose a meal plan based on your family’s size and eating style. You can even select your favorite grocery store.
  2. Every week, you will receive a meal plan in your inbox. Your plan will include 7 simple, budget-friendly, family-friendly dinner recipes. Each will include an entree and side dishes.
  3. You’ll also receive a detailed grocery list. eMeals makes shopping super simple by organizing your list by section and by coordinating it with weekly sales at selected grocery stores.

You can choose from a number of different meal plans, such as low fat, gluten free, or vegetarian. Or just go with classic meals, which (according to the sample menus) may include favorites such as Chicken Marsala and Roast Beef Sandwiches.

Meal Planning Made Easy

NOTE: eMeals is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are for 3, 6, and 12 months. Please visit for complete details about associated fees and cancellation policy.
