I don’t know about you, but I love whipped topping, so when I found this low calorie whipped topping recipe, I was super excited! This recipe is super easy to make, and clocks in at only 20 calories for a  1/4 cups serving! All you need is 3 ingredients and a hand mixer!

Here is how to make this Low Calorie Whipped Topping:

Low Calorie Whipped Topping

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • First, you will want to put your evaporated milk AND mixer "hands" into the freezer for about 15 mins. This is important, you will want them both to be chilled before starting.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix on high (or whip) until your topping is frothy and whipped (about 5 mins) and serve immediately

This Low Calorie Whipped Topping is super creamy and airy!

It is perfect for dipping in fruit, or adding on top of some frozen yogurt! My little girl loves this low calorie whipped topping so much, that she just ate hers with a spoon! It makes about 6 cups, and only takes about 7 minutes to make. It’s also about 1/2 the calories of traditional whipped topping so it’s a win win!
