Here is how to make my Low Calorie Salmon Cakes:
You Will Need:
- 1 can Pink Salmon
- 1/2 Sleeve Gluten Free Crackers
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Olive Oil
- Optional: Greek Yogurt and Hot Sauce for sauce
Instructions:
Step 1: Take the bones out of your salmon and crumble in to a bowl. Add in your crushed crackers, egg, and salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix to combine.
Step 2: Form patties out of your mix. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a sauce pan and let warm. Carefully place your patties in the pan and cook 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to drain. You can eat them as is, or mix together greek yogurt and hot sauce for a perfect topping!
