This is one of my favorite times of the year. We love to grill out and sit around the table to talk, laugh and share special memories together. Grilling can seem intimidating, but don’t let it. With this recipe, you can make this Labor Day a knock out of the ball park.

Mouth watering ribs can easily be accomplished with the right recipe. This Labor day weekend or for any cookout you can enjoy amazing, truly finger licking good ribs! The biggest mistake people make when grilling ribs is getting the grill too hot. These babies need to cook nice and slow. Give it a good rub down, seal it up nice and tight!
First, you have to choose the right meat! We always choose Smithfield® Extra Tender Ribs! We go to Food Lion because they have a great selection and right now they have a $1.00 off coupon on Smithfield Extra Tender Ribs. Besides the good deals, we just appreciate that their meats do not contain any artificial ingredients and the meats are juicy and tender.

Wrap in foil well to keep in the moisture in.
Place ribs bone side down on the grill once your grill has preheated to 350 degrees, Medium heat.
Keep them on the grill for one hour, flipping them every 15 minutes. After one hour has passed, take them off the grill and remove the foil.
Place them back on the grill and coat them with your bbq sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. You can coat again and cook them another 5-10 minutes if you like it saucy!
