Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches Recipe

Did someone say football? I will admit I picked my college not based on academics but based on the size and breadth of the stadium. I walked into Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, and I felt like I had gone to heaven. I live, eat, and breathe football sometimes I lose my breath while watching football. You guys, It’s true! And I’ve come to accept and embrace that I would rather watch football than anything else when it comes to fall. That means I do a lot of sitting because let’s face it the only thing I run is my mouth. I can, however, catch pretty well since my kids throw everything at me that they can.

I tell you all of this because if I am sitting in front of the TV on the weekend, I need to make sure I am eating healthy. That is why I love these Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches and stadium veggie cups I make for our family tailgating party. They are easy to make, tastes great, and are easy to feed a crowd. I assume you could use this same basic recipe for any lunch meat, but the ham has the best flavor. I just love these Healthy Tailgating Recipes.
