Shrimp Pad Thai Recipe
  • 10 oz of chicken or Fresh Prawns
  • 1 half box of pad thai noodles (flat rice noodles)
  • 1 Small Red Onion diced
  • 1 cup of diced tofu
  • 2 TBS white vinegar
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 TBS of Fish sauce
  • 2 Limes
  • 3 TBS of sugar
  • 1 TBS sweet Radish Diced (Asian market)
  • 3 Spring Onions diced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TBS of Oil
  • 2 TBS of crushed Peanuts
  • 1 Handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 TBS of dried Prawns (This can be left out)
  • 1 TBS of Chili Powder we add this on each persons to taste
  • Serves 3-4 people
  1. In a large Wok heat 3 TBS of oil on medium.
  2. Add in diced red onion and Tofu and begin to cook them
  3. Move them to the side for 2-3 minutes while you add your protein. Begin to cook the prawn or chicken.
  4. Then add in the rice noddles
  5. TBS Add the vinegar
  6. /2 cup Water
  7. TBS Fish Sauce
  8. TBS Sweet Radish
  9. TBS Sugar
  10. Stir until the noodles are soft. You may want to turn up the heat a little to a higher heat
  11. Push everything aside and crack and egg on the other side
  12. Once the egg us cooked scramble it up a little bit and add it in the pad thai
  13. Then you will pour in the spring onion
  14. Finally drop a handle of bean sprouts into the mixture and cook 1-3 minuted depending on how crunchy you want he bean sprouts
  15. Then you want to add chili pepper on each person's dish
  16. Squeeze the lime on top of each persons
  17. The top the dish with a handful of peanut
  18. You want to serve immediately and enjoy!
