Cookie Butter Marshmallow Popcorn
  • 12-14 cups air popped popcorn
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 4 TBSP Cookie Butter
  • Large bag of Peanut M&Ms
  • Optional: Food coloring to dye popcorn
  1. In Large bowl, spoon Marshmallow Fluff and microwave in 30 second increments until easy to stir.
  2. Be careful as Marshmallow Fluff expands when heated and may go over the top if the bowl is not large enough.
  3. When Marshmallow Fluff is easily stirred, add the Cookie Butter and mix quickly while it is still warm.
  4. Add popped popcorn to Marshmallow Cookie Butter mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. You can add the M&Ms now so they will stick to the popcorn or wait till after the next step so they are loose in the mixture
  6. Spread the popcorn on waxed paper to cool. This will allow the mixture to harden and be easier to eat.
  7. Once the mixture has cooled and is not sticky you can add the M&Ms if you have not already.
  8. Serve your delicious treats and be ready for requests for more to come in.
