Simple Crepes
  • 1 cup of milk (We use rice milk and coconut milk to change it up every now and then)
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • some butter for the pan
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  1. Add the cup of flour in a bowl
  2. Add two eggs to the flour
  3. Blend the eggs with the flour
  4. add ¼ teaspoon of salt
  5. Add one cup of milk
  6. I add water in depending on how thin I want the crepes so see how the first one comes out then add a Tablespoon at a time.
  7. Stir the ingredients together.
  8. Put the pan on a medium heat and place in some butter to coat the pan.
  9. Place a thin layer of the mix in the pan of then wait for it to bubble. Once it bubbles flip it over. Then you can fill you the crepe with a crepe filling the image is of our blackberry one.
  10. Then roll them. I secured mine with a tooth pick to make it look perfect.
