Low Calorie Flatbread Pizza
  • A wheat flatbread (I used Flatout! Brand)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low sodium pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup part skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 turkey pepperoni slices
  • Oregano (optional)
  1. First, preheat your oven to 300 degrees
  2. Place your flatbread on a cookie sheet and spread 1 tbsp EVOO on it
  3. Using a spoon, spread your pizza sauce evenly over your flatbread.
  4. Add you cheese, reserving a little for the top of the pizza.
  5. Add your pepperonis on top of the cheese
  6. Sprinkle your remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 7-8 mins, or until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly and slice. Add some oregano and split with a friend!
