Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach (washed and chopped)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure everything is coated well.
  2. After misting your slow cooker with oil, add your mix into your slow cooker bowl.
  3. Cook your Spinach and Artichoke Dip on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for ½ hours or until cheese has melted and spinach has wilted.
  4. Serve hot with crackers, veggies, bread, chips, or anything else you love to dip!
