Kid Smoothie Recipes: Peach Frozen Yogurt
  • 3½ cups chopped frozen peaches
  • ½ cup sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  1. Blend or process the peaches and sugar till they are small chopped pieces. Don't do it too much or you will end up with a puree!
  2. Mix the lemon juice and yogurt together in a separate container then pour it into the blender or processor while the machine is running.
Our first batch of this we used the above measurements but found the result to be super sweet to our tastebuds so we have used only ¼ cup of sugar (or sweetener of your choice).
The result of this was good enough that our full sugar, junk food, milkshake lover still enjoyed it!
  1. Serving tip: Sliced peaches can be put on the top as well as a sprig of mint. Children may like this in a cone, bowl, or glass.
