Low Calorie Taco Layer Dip Recipe

  • Reduced Fat Refried Beans
  • Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Taco Seasoning (I pack)
  • Optional: Green Onion and Cilantro for garnish
  1. First add in your taco seasoning with your refried beans and mix. Spread into the bottom of your bowl.
  2. Next add a layer of cheese
  3. Then it's gauc time! You could either make your own and grab a store bought brand.
  4. Layer your sour cream
  5. Add your chopped tomatoes and olives
  6. Top with another layer of cheese.
  7. Optional: Garnish with green onions and cilantro
