Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Now that school is back in session, I am all about easy weeknight meals. I know some of you are thinking, meals? I thought we were talking about dip!? We are! I love dinners that I can dip, don’t you!? Who say’s all dinners must be eaten with a fork? Not me! Most of you know that I’m also into this healthy eating thing, so I try to keep my dinners as light as possible without sacrificing flavor. So with that being said, I thought I would share with you one of my favorite and easiest dinner recipes, which is my Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip! This dip is done in no time, is really filling, and not all that bad for you! (Especially if you serve it with veggies for dipping!). This is perfect for a quick and light dinner, or for a game day snack. Let’s check out how to make it shall we?
Here is how to make my Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip:
You Will Need:
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Ranch
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Chopped Green Onions
Step 1: In a saucepan, mix together your cream cheese, shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch. Heat on Med/high heat until the cheese has melted. Make sure to stir while it’s melting.
Step 2: Shred your chicken and add it to your sauce. Mix well and take off heat. Add in your blue cheese crumbles and green onions. Mix well.
Step 3: Serve! You can serve this Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip hot or cold. It would be great with chips or veggies, and is sure to become a quick family dinner or appetizer. I hope you enjoy!
