crock pot gluten free boneless chicken wings recipe

I know a lot of people love watching football, but as for me and my family are concerned, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the sport of choice. So when a new fight comes on TV we like to have viewing parties with our friends. Because what is more fun than watching someone get beat up while eating good food and laughing with friends right?

As some of you might know, we are trying to eat a little better, which means we are having to switch up some of our party food. Chicken Wings is always a staple in sport watching events, so I wanted to lighten up my traditional recipe, and we all know that going gluten free is a great option. So I made these (super easy) Crock Pot Gluten Free Boneless Chicken Wings Recipe for game day.  Seriously, this recipe is the easiest recipe ever. 3 ingredients and 4 hours in the crock pot. Done!
