I love a good lasagna. I think they are a great meal to make when you are having a family dinner. They taste even better the next day. They also freeze easily. This is How to make Lasagna.
1) You need to buy the ingredients
2) You need to spray the pan with cooking spray
3) You need to layer the ingredients
4) You need to cover the Lasagna with foil
5) Place the Lasagna in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
6) Take off the foil and continue to cook for another 10- 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
7) Remove from the oven and let cool a little and then serve.
These are the ingredients to the Lasagna in the picture:
1 box of oven ready lasagna noodles
1 package of mozzarella cheese
1 small 8 oz ricotta cheese or cottage cheese will work
1 large can of chunky tomatoes
1 small can of can of tomatoes with basil and garlic
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 cup of water
1/2 lb of ground beef
1/2 lb of sweet Italian sausage
The first thing you need to do is cook the ground beef and sausage until it is brown.
The second thing you need to do is layer the noodles on the bottom and place some of the water on top.
Then you need to put the items in order in the baking dish. The pour 1/2 can of the tomatoes on top.
Then place the ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the tomatoes .
Then place your meat mixture. You keep building this way until you are out of noodles.
Then place a final layer of cheese. Finally put foil on tightly. Then place this in the oven for 40 minutes.
Then take off the foil and cook for 10- 15 minutes.

We are sharing our favorite casserole recipe, a heart Cowboy Casserole Recipe that is perfect for cold winter nights or potlucks.
It’s around 40 degrees here in Tennessee today and it’s only the beginning of November! I’m thinking it’s going to be a cold winter for us which is something we are not really used to! I personally don’t mind the cold weather (as long as I don’t have to be out in it, ha!) because cold weather mean it’s time for snuggles and holidays! Casseroles are one of my favorite things to make during the winter because they are easy to make and are hot and filling. One of my family’s favorite casserole’s is this Cowboy Casserole Recipe! It brings together some meat, veggies, cheese, and tots all in 1 dish and is oh-so-yummy! Want to learn how to make it?

It’s hot, filling, and easy to make. I have a long list of soups in my recipe book, but one of my favorite soup recipes is my easy loaded potato soup recipe! This recipe is nice and hearty and has great flavors. Most importantly it’s full of bacon and cheese, so really what else could you ask for in a great soup recipe right!? Continue reading

I always love thinking up new easy recipes for me to cook for my family, and this cheesy sausage and potatoes recipe is super easy to make and oh-so-yummy. Or so I was told. I am currently on Nutrisystem so I was not able to eat it! But just because I am on it doesn’t mean that the rest of my family doesn’t have to eat, and I still cook for them every night. This recipe was a big hit with my husband and my husband and my 6 year old! And it only took me about 10 minutes of prep time, and 30 minutes in the oven! Continue reading
