10 Step Korean Skin Care Routine

Cleanse, tone and moisturize that’s the skincare routine that most of us grew up to and that’s what I did until two years ago.  When it comes to skin care, I can say that I’ve always been diligent. As early as 14 years old, my mom got me my first skin care kit with facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. She nagged me every day to use them, or else I will regret it when I get older when dark spots and wrinkles start to appear, and of course, I was scared so even though moisturizer at that time felt oily I still followed her instructions.

I believed her because growing up I saw my mom lather cold cream on her face every night and until now she has the softest skin I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately for me, I did not get that soft skin gene, but I can say that her nagging for me to do my daily skin care seemed to work well because I grew up without any major skin issues. But then two years ago something changed, my skin just can’t take any skincare product. Any product even facial wash makes my skin super red and itchy, I thought I was just allergic to the product I used, so I went to buy other brands that are hypoallergenic and even tried baby products, but still my skin still got itchy and red, and worst I even had skin asthma. I was so frustrated at that time; then my dermatologist told me to try Korean skin care, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

How to Get Rid of Head Lice

How to Get Rid of Head Lice

Learn how to get rid of head lice fast and easy with an effective head lice treatment

Lice! No one wants to be infested with those tiny blood-sucking parasites. Those bugs can survive up to 30 days on your head and each louse can lay up to eight eggs every day. That’s how fast they grow and they’re highly contagious. Their bites cause allergic reactions that make the scalp itchy. Just thinking of it makes my scalp itch! Unfortunately, it’s a common problem, especially in children because it spreads fast at schools. Back-to-school season is hectic enough, and no one wants to be bothered by pesky lice. So what do you need to do when you get that dreaded lice note from your child’s school?

Although lice are a nuisance, they do not carry diseases, and they are very common among preschool and school-aged children. In fact, the CDC estimates as many as 12 million infestations occur each year in the United States. As a matter of fact, even with good hygiene, anyone can still get lice. So there’s no need to blame anyone for it. What you need to do is to prepare a plan on how to get rid of lice infestation.

Live Healthy with Hood Calorie Countdown

“This post was sponsored by Hood as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.”

A few months ago I made the switch to Hood Calorie Countdown and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made, you can see the reason why here. With 100 calories or 33% fewer calories than traditional whole milk, Hood Calorie Countdown has been my secret weapon for a better body and to live healthy while still enjoying a dairy beverage.

In our family, we make it a point that our kids are living an active and healthy lifestyle. All of my 3 kids are into sports and for me it’s important to watch what they eat and they get enough rest so that they’re always in tip-top shape.

My eldest plays soccer and runs cross country. Although he has always been aware of healthy living, recently he became more health conscious when it comes to his diet and his routine. We decided to bring him to the gym with us. It was for him to build his muscles and work on his endurance and strength. It was also a great way for us to bond together.

When it comes to his diet, we made a plan to cut out unnecessary calories on his diet so that he can pack on some that his body needed more such as protein. That is why we made the switch to low-calorie Hood Calorie Countdown found at Walmart. I highly suggest you give it a try and make sure to grab this Hood Calorie Countdown Coupon. Hood Calorie Countdown blends ultra-filtered milk with water, cream (and other ingredients) for a delicious and creamy taste. My son loves it! With Hood Calorie Countdown he can still enjoy delicious tasting dairy beverage with fewer calories, less sugar, and fewer carbohydrates than regular milk.

I bet you are wondering how traditional milk and the Hood Calorie Countdown compare.

These are the calories in a glass of milk:

Calorie Countdown Whole (per 1 cup serving)

100 calories or 33% fewer calories than traditional whole milk
3 grams carbs or 75% fewer carbs than traditional whole milk
3 grams sugar or 75% less sugar than traditional whole milk
Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat (per 1 cup serving)
70 calories or 42% fewer calories than traditional whole milk
3 grams carbs or 75% fewer carbs than traditional whole milk
2 grams sugar or 75% less sugar than traditional whole milk
Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Chocolate (per 1 cup serving)
80 calories or 56% fewer calories than traditional chocolate milk
5 grams carbs or 67% fewer carbs than traditional chocolate milk
3 grams sugar or 75% less sugar than traditional chocolate milk

Calorie Countdown Fat-Free (per 1 cup serving)

35 calories or 56% fewer calories than traditional fat-free milk
3 grams carbs or 67% fewer carbs than traditional fat-free milk
3 grams sugar or 75% less sugar than traditional fat-free milk

Hood Calorie Countdown is made with dairy from farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones.

Hood offers several choices. They have Whole, 2%, Fat-Free and even a chocolate-flavored selection to pick from; you’ll never have to go without dairy again.

These are just some of the reasons why I decided to drink fewer calories. You can enjoy the nutritional benefits of this dairy beverage Hood Calorie Countdown provides you with 25% of your Daily Value for calcium and 15% of your Daily Value for Vitamin D (based on a 2,000-calorie diet) per one cup. Hood Calorie Countdown is a milky smooth dairy beverage that also has 42% fewer calories, 75% less sugar, and 67% fewer carbohydrates than milk.

I know that it sometimes seems impossible to make changes but it is easy to do if you start with replacing the food you eat with healthy options. You can increase your exercise by doing simple things like walking the stairs instead of taking elevators. If you live in a house with stairs challenge your self to walk up and down your stairs for 5 minutes and then increase it a minute each day until you get to 30 minutes. You do not need to go to a fancy gym to make an impact on your health. It also doesn’t have to cost a lot to make changes in your diet. Hood is offering a coupon at Walmart for their product. The creamy and satisfying taste will become part of your day.
