Ice Cream is a special treat at our house and only bought on rare occasions. In the winter I always feel silly buying something freezing cold as a snack when it is already cold outside. However, with the snow building up outside and resembling fluffy piles of sweet treats I couldn’t help but wonder how to take advantage of the situation.
