iPage is cheap and the service is awesome. You can also host multiple sites on the same host. is fine until your blog gets bigger than I would transfer your blog to Big Scoots. This statement was made prior to me trying iPage until you get several thousand posts you should be fine on iPage.
5) Organize your content marketing with a useful tool. I love CoSchedule.Continue reading
I would like to get honest. I have six websites. They are all WordPress sites. I currently pay people to handle the design and the hosting each month and it is several hundred dollars. I have never done my site layout. I am scared to touch anything on my current sites because they are so complex, and my new one isn’t. The old ones have themes, widgets, custom code. I still to this day meaning since 2009 am unable to make changes to my site. That is why when I heard about iPage I decided to try it out. I want an Easy Website Business so I tried it out for two reasons:Continue reading
Do you lose your mind when you see the newest product? Do you want to tell everyone about what is coming next? Do you like to meet people who also like to be in the know? I do. I love to know about products and services before everyone else. I recently had the pleasure of attending Blogger Bash as the Lead Ambassador, which meant that I worked for the conference. I can tell you I did so because of all it has to offer to the attendees. I have attended this conference for years because of how instrumental it has been to my business. Here in my Blogger Bash review I put together a list of the top 10 reasons Blogger Bash is the perfect conference for every blogger:
Do you remember the first time you met the person you love? I bet you can think back to what they had on, where they were, what they said, and how they made you feel. Maybe you remember the funny story they told you about their first kiss, or the time they ran out of gas on the side of the road. You can probably remember how they focused on your every word, or maybe they didn’t pay any attention to you at all, but you were determined to make sure they remembered you.
Finding true love can also happen at a conference. You can find a business partner that loves your brand as much as you love theirs. You have that opportunity to pitch, converse, connect and form long-term relationships. These magical moments you remember do not happen as easily in an email. When you meet someone face-to-face, you get to talk about the things that make you unique. You get to read the other person’s body language and know where to direct your conversation, and you are able to form ideas, plans, and projects that make sense together.
I think back to all of the Blogger Bash conferences I have attended, and I look at the impact they’ve had on my business. The benefits of face-to-face interactions are the cornerstone of who I am and where I want my business to develop. I know that meeting the people behind the brands in person has lead me to more opportunities than I could have imagined and it all started by getting “in their face.”
“The third annual Blogger Bash will take place July 13-14, 2016 in New York City aboard the Majesty yacht, docked at Pier 81 in Manhattan. Do you want to make money but at the same time stay at home? The answer is to make money blogging. I’m sharing with you my story on how I started blogging, how much I earn and how I did it.
I thought today I would share a secret when I started blogging. I made nothing. Well, I made $150 a month. I was working full-time, and I was a full-time mom to two children, and then there were three. I was trying to work a job from home, be a full-time mom, and blog. I knew something had to change. I decided that I wanted to own my own business. I wanted to blog full-time, to make money blogging. I wanted my side hustle to be my full-time income. I wanted a quick solution to the crazy life I had created working 15 hours days. I sat down with my husband, and we talked about what I would have to make to quit my work from home job. He gave me a goal of earning $600 in one day. He said, “If you can do that you can quit.” I was ready. I had no idea how I was going to earn $600 in one day when I was earning $150 in a month, but I wanted out. I thought about my skills and I went to work in my email box. I made up advertising packages on a site without much traffic. I sold myself and my abilities. I closed the day with $900 in my PayPal account a two weeks notice in my outbound email box, and I started my journey to owning my own business.Continue reading
