Working Mom What’s for Dinner ? Turkey

I try every week to add a new meal to our menu.  I often find myself with a whole lot of ingredients and not a whole lot of time to cook dinner. I believe that if I can cook then anyone can. I hope my easy to make and easy to follow recipes help avoid the dreaded, “not that again.”

Active prep time 5 Minutes

Wash and pat the turkey leg dry (this one and its other half cost $3.71 total)

Cover with olive oil and throw on some Italian seasoning

Place in a roasting pan at 350 degrees until it reaches 180 degrees (1 1/2 hours)

Brussel Sprouts $5.00 for a huge bag at Sam’s club

Cut a hole in the plastic bag zap it in the microwave

Stove top $1.00 used coupons have stockpile

Boil water and butter

Throw in mixture

Plate nicely and pretend you spent all day cooking… insist it was difficult so you do not have to clean the dishes 🙂
