Working Mom What's for Dinner? Something I made three weeks ago

That is right I hate to cook. It makes such a mess. It takes forever. My children forget how to behave for the 30 minutes it takes for me to make dinner. We have to eat so I have to cook. I figured out a way to knock it out all at once. I have cooked ahead several times. This time I am getting smarter I am cooking 15 meals twice and my friend is cooking 15 meals twice and we are going to exchange our meals. We used

Here is the success of my once a meal cooking event the last time. I am so excited to do this again. I think you all should try it the book is inexpensive and this would make a great holiday gift. If you had a group on 3 you could do ten meals each. Then you would not have to cook for a month!

This is what I made this week. It was on page 53 and it was so amazingly tasteful. That I bought double the ingredients and made two more the following day to freeze. This recipe took 5 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes to eat since I didn’t come up for air. This one earned a gold star since all my children and husband licked their plate clean!
