Only Dirty 1 Pot with this Tuna Noodle Casserole

My house is always busy and I like meals that are fast to cook. The one thing I like more than fast is easy clean-up and this recipe for only requires 1 pot from stove-top to table. Plus it is a winner with everyone in the family so who can resist making it more often than the rest.

What’s For Dinner: Tuna Noodle Casserole


  • 1- 16 oz Box of Whole Wheat Penne Noodles
  • 1 Family Size Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Family Size Can of Vegetable Soup
  • 4 Cans of Tuna Fish,Drained
  • 1 Can of Mixed Vegetables, Drained


  1. Cook Penne Noodles according to Directions on Package.
  2. Once Noodles are cooked, drain and return to pan.
  3. Add Tuna Fish and Mixed Vegetables to Noodles and stir in.
  4. Add Vegetable Soup and Cream of Mushroom Soup to noodle mixture.
  5. Cover all the noodles completely and turn on low heat.
  6. Cook, Stirring frequently until the mixture is heated thoroughly
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
