Pork Garlic Butter Stir Fry Recipe

I know stir-fry can be healthy but I have always avoided cooking them. I even owned a wok for several years but the thought of cooking with soy sauce grossed me out. I do not like Thai or Chinese food so ideas of sauces friends would suggest were quickly shot down. I finely grew frustrated when I had a load of fresh veggies and stir fry seemed like the logical way to cook them. So I took to the internet and compared different recipes. For dinner that night I made stir fry (soy sauce free) and my family and I loved it. Enjoy the recipe below and bring stir fry to your table.

Pork Garlic Butter Stir Fry

  • 1 box of rotini pasta
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt

  • 1 medium onion cut into slices
  • 1 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper cut into slices
  • 1 yellow pepper cut into slices
  • 1 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to the directions on the box.

Hi I’m Gwendolyn and I have been a stay at home mom since 2009. I have been with my husband, James, for 10 years and we are proud parents of Jayme (8) and Nicholas (13). We are also parents to 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 hamsters, and a snake. My father-in-law lives with us so it is always non-stop at our house. I had the honor of becoming a step-parent when I got married and have a great relationship with my step-son. I always used coupons and shopped for bargains but was forced to step up my game when my husband was disabled in 2005. I get an incredible rush from saving money and finding great deals. My life is a constant journey and I look forward to sharing it with you all.
