I love to cook in bulk. I mean who doesn’t. It is one mess and a lot of work already done. I love to make waffles on Sunday. They smell yummy. I hate to open the box and not use the whole thing at one time. I decided I we need a waffle remake.
Breakfast
The first way is with good old syrup.
The second way is with fresh fruit
How about with whipped cream
Also a breakfast sandwich. Any morning meat with cheese, egg (ham)
Lunch
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
“waffle sandwiches” in their school lunch. I’ve done PB&j, Nutella, even bacon and maple syrup drizzle
Dinner
A blogging Buddy of mine Heather at the Basil Momma suggest placing one under her Beer Braised Pork Chops with Pears and Sage
Chicken and waffles
Desserts
cut them into pieces, put in a ziplock bag, add powdered sugar and you have a snack
Strawberry Shortcake use instead of a bisquit
reheat, top with ice cream and hot fudge, and you have dessert.
They freeze well add ice cream

Freeze them to reheat laterFreeze them with eggs and ham for a breakfast sandwich
Croutons. Toast them up and then sprinkle some garlic salt on them.They also make a great substitute for bread crumbs in meatloaf. -
Or you can cut them up and make some stuffing. I’ve also used them to make bread crumbs and croutons.



















I haven’t tried them myself this way but my husband grew up having waffles & ice cream! He says it’s really good!
I have to try these out.
