Working Mom: What's for Dinner Wednesday

I am a working mom who wanted her life back. I took control of my kitchen and cooked once for an entire month. I had help. I cooked 15 meals two portions of each. Then I had my girlfriend do the same. We swapped and life is again wonderful! I thought I would tell you what I learned. 1) Double bag all items.  2) Do not randomly look at the book and pick recipes. 3) You should each pick two meats each to cook. Working Mom What's for dinner:

  I try each week to tackle motherhood, working, owning a business and trying to be creative in the kitchen. I have come a long way from thinking you boil the water for 7 minutes then you add the pasta. We all have our strengths and weaknesses.
