Slow Cooker Showcase: Cranberry Pork Chops

This week’s recipe is Cranberry Pork Chops by Sharon at Mom on Dealz. Prep time should be about 15 minutes and will cook for four to eight hours and yield about 8 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 Granny Smith apple chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped

Directions:

Put everything in the crockpot and cooked it on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Serve chops with rice and use access liquid as gravy.

    This sounds so yummy and I think I am going to try it soon! Usually once a week I use my crockpot and this will just have to go on the list for when we get a great deal on pork!
