I have 7 kids and they LOVE chicken. Regular chicken nuggets tend to be too processed tasting. These look amazing and I know they would love them. Thanks for a great recipe. I’ll be trying this next week!

This is very similar to my recipe. The only thing I do differently is add a little paprika…it gives it a darker color and adds just a hint of taste…for some reason my stepson really prefers the darker color. This is one recipe I can make that I know he will eat without a fight and he has no idea that they are healthier than normal chicken nuggets.

Love the recipe, a much healthier version of chicken nuggets for my (2) year old. You can control the size from the start without having to mangle them before eating.
