I try every week to add a new meal to our menu. I attempt to follow the food guru and 30 minute meal making queen, Rachael Ray. The best part of my quest is I use items that I bought on sale so these meals are yummy and affordable… and oh, yes they can be completed in 30 minutes or less!
I have to say sometimes you just have to cheat. I said it you need to cheat and buy already cooked items. I know gasp I am not super woman or super chef. I am just trying to hold it together on any given day.
This is what I suggest buy the Jack Daniels $9.98 (I think) pulled pork from Sam’s Club it was YUMMY. It cooks in just 12 minutes. I bought $5 worth of macaroni salad and hamburger buns for $1.29 and we had some lemonade. It was so good I brought it to a party. It is fine to cheat. I mean everyone has to eat. It does not mean I have to prepare and cook the meal right?
