Personal Assistant Story: Michael Craft Store

Okay so you are stuck and can’t talk. You need something done quick. You have two options:
voice record  or You can text your request
This request was a text. I used my handy dandy Time Dog application on my phone.

I was doing a little shopping for some tools for my photography class. I got them home and they weren’t right. I went to the store and stood in the line. I was told without a receipt I would lose 20% of what I paid. I had $60.00 worth of returns. There was no way I was going to lose $12.00. I took my children back down stairs to my car to find the receipt. I wasn’t able to find the receipt. I asked another cashier if there was a way to find my receipts. She seemed to think that they could look it up with my credit card but she had no idea how to do that. Then enter the manager. He wanted to know what line I was in and what day and what time. I kept thinking I am returning an item not an eye witness to a crime. Then I was told they could find out from corporate but it would take about two weeks.

I was furious. I didn’t have two weeks. This was absurd. I was returning craft supplies not a car! I vowed that I was going to call corporate to get to the bottom of all this confusion. I was able to read the receipt and it didn’t say anything that the three people I spoke with said. I decided that since I was angry I should have my virtual personal assistant
Request: Can you tell me what the coupon policy is for Michaels?
Is this the answer you expected I would receive?
michael return policy
The current Return Policy for Michael’s notice all three of the people who spoke with me had no idea about this.
I have so many great personal assistant stories. I can’t even tell you how much time and money I have saved.
Employing a personal assistant has made the difference to myself and my family.
