Peach Whiskey Glazed Pork Tenderloins


  • 3 pork tenderloins, silver skins trimmed and discarded (about 1 lb. each)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup S&F Peach Whiskey Sauce, divided


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 500°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the tenderloins onto the baking sheet. Mix the oil, salt and pepper together and rub the mixture all over the tenderloins.
  2. Roast for 10 minutes. Turn the tenderloins and brush with the S&F Peach Whiskey Sauce. Roast for 8 – 10 more minutes until the internal temperature registers 155°F at the thickest part. Let the tenderloins rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Set aside one tenderloin for another meal like Peach Whiskey Glazed Pork Biscuits (recipe below). The cooked pork can be refrigerated for three days.
  3. Slice the pork into 1/2-inch thick slices. Drizzle remaining sauce over the slices. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
