I have never had this before and I was so amazed by how easy it is to make and how amazing it is to eat. I couldn’t believe how fast my children ate it. This a great recipe to freeze and it is a great recipe to make the morning of. I served this with a side of crusty bread. It was divine.

I’m not sure I understand this recipe. I’m supposed to combine all of the ingredients except for the frozen spinach and freeze it in advance? Then when I’m ready to make it I defrost the frozen stuff and put it in the crock pot with 2 cups of water. Then I cook it on what setting for how long and add the frozen spinach and 1 cup heavy cream 30 minutes before it’s finished? This sounds delicious, which is why I stopped over from Weekend Potluck to check it out. If you could just clarify this for me I would really appreciate it! HUGS
