Memories: Reading to Relatives

This series on how to make the most out of the time you have with your children is brought to you by Amee at Madame Deals and Sharon at Mom on Dealz.

I think one of the greatest moments is when your child learns to read. It is so exciting because the world unfolds one page at a time. I had an idea to record my son reading. I then sent the video to my sister so he could read to her children. It is a wonderful way to keep the cousins connected and foster your child’s love for reading.

You can clearly tell my son thought this was funny. I laugh every time I watch the video it captures who he is. I can’t wait to play this when his first date comes to my house.

Aww, so sweet! I love how proud he is. This is a great idea! I’m going to have my son do something like this and send it to my mom.

Such a fun ideal I will have to have Charlie do this when he is a little older and send it to his grandparents since he does not get to see them as much as he should.
