    I like to buy organic whenever I can afford it, and avoid eating too many packaged products. Try to stay away from refined sugar and too much salt.

    I just try to eat healthy and drink enough water. I will buy organic foods if they are not too expensive. The gmo business is idiotic, people have been breeding plants for centuries.

    Some products I get a gmo free, but the majority of the organic foods are a bit too expensive for me to get. Besides they just taste the same as non organic anyway.
