I say that is a score! Plus, who doesn’t love a recipe that is as simple as layering things in a bowl right!? And for some reason kids love anything that you can dip. You Will Need:

  • Reduced Fat Refried Beans
  • Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Taco Seasoning (I pack)
  • Optional: Green Onion and Cilantro for garnish

How to layer your Low Calorie Taco Layer Dip Recipe:

  • First add in your taco seasoning with your refried beans and mix. Spread into the bottom of your bowl.
  • Next add a layer of cheese
  • Then it’s gauc time! You could either make your own and grab a store bought brand.
  • Layer your sour cream
  • Add your chopped tomatoes and olives
  • Top with another layer of cheese.
  • Optional: Garnish with green onions and cilantro
