Low Calorie Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 jar of low fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- fat free whipped topping
- 8 oz fat free cream cheese
- Gram cracker crust
- Sugar free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- First, beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth
- Then, add your peanut butter and beat until smooth (I put mine in a blender, but you could also use a hand mixer)
- Fold in your whipped cream until smooth and well blended
- Fill your pie crust with the mix and put in the fridge, uncovered for about 2 hours
- Drizzle some sugar free chocolate syrup over the pie and serve!
